Customer Service Reps Wanted in Brooklyn Main Office
Successful Office has pioneered the concept of Virtual Office Services
We are a fast paced call center that provides extensive and
unique services to entrepreneurs. Employees are exposed to the
intricate details of all facets of business.
Position Available:
Customer Service Representative - Scheduling Appointments, answering
customer inquiries, taking detailed information, processing orders on internet and over the phone.
General Requirements:
Types Over 50 wpm ( firm we test on interview must be over 50)
Speaks clearly and is articulate
Can think on their feet and exercise common sense in a variety of situations
Is computer literate and internet savvy
Has 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience (or you`d need to be a great people person with an awesome personality)
Strong Multi-Tasking Skills
Experience handling high call volume a plus
All positions are salaried and range from 30K to 35K ( 30K for first 3 months then 35K rate after you are on a full team ( after month 3)
